You've definitely mastered not only the trademark style animation, but also the style of voicing behind it as well. This is an excellent display of controversy in spite of recent issues, and I can find only more reason to commend you for releasing this. I am not sure whether it was my recommendation, but I feel that this animation has definitely earned its spot on the front page.

I encourage not only you, the author, but animators everywhere as well, not to be afraid in the face of passive threats against the safety of America, or ANY country on this lovely planet we live on. This animation exists as a not only a funny cartoon that entertains, but it also displays the fact that not everyone will buckle under the pressure from threats.

Keep up the good work. I'm adding you to my favorites and look forward to your future work.b

I really do appreciate that. Freedom of Speech is not a purely American thing. It's an inalienable right of all humans. We just need to help get the rest of the world on board :)

This flash is special in a way that it is unsettling. The audio at the beginning is what really put me on edge, and set the tone for the rest of the animation. Hopefully we can see more of this stuff coming from you in the future.

Animation / Graphics - The animation was not at all bad. It was awkward in the sense that it seemed slightly stiff and blocky, but it was done extremely well. The look of being drawn every step of the way is something I can really appreciate as I created a lot of flip-books as a child. This animation truly has remnants of that artistic style, and I can really understand it.

Story - The story has little explanation other than the text at the bottom that is meant to be subtitles. This is exactly what makes the eerie feeling of the animation complete. There is little understanding of what exactly it is you are going to delve in to, and this permits a feeling of uneasiness, and that makes it all so perfect.

Audio - The audio at the beginning was unsettling as I said in the introduction. The general quiet nature of the rest of the animation suits it all as well, because it doesn't tell you much, or hint at what might happen in the near future. While I can complain that the static sound at the beginning was quite irritating, its effect was true and well done.

Overall - Decent submission. There are some quality issues here and there but I feel this animation does well for itself. It presents an extremely creepy feeling and does it alright. I am definitely looking forward to seeing more of your animation style. Keep it up.

As you read,it is a sublimal flash,so at one point it was about the black colours.
Plus that the character is killed by that woman,so make a connexion between
all the informations I gave.

Very well done. It includes humor, great animation, and some slight creepy moments as well. I used to always play TF2 before I moved on to other games, but this definitely does a good job depicting how TF2 is spiraling down to the depths of hell in a well thought out, humorous fashion.

Animation / Graphics - I love this style, it is so cartoon-like and fun looking. The animation is great, smooth, and flows together well with the audio too. It seems like something you would see in a comic book, and I really like when a flash offers those kind of graphics. It definitely brings on a feeling of nostalgia from the comic book days, as well.

Story - The story is indeed true. It shows how the average TF2 player becomes warped, and consumed, only caring about hats, and not actually enjoying the game. The playerbase would become zombies if the TF2 team were to stop adding hats, which is why it is the perfect market. Players are dependent on getting the newest hat whenever it is added on, which is why Valve continues to make loads of money off of teenagers.

Audio - I enjoyed the TF2 music in the background. It seemed to be like a more cartoonish version of the original music, and it goes well with the action happening in the animation. The vocals were on key as well, the voice acting being the best part of the audio for this flash. I definitely enjoyed it, too.

Overall - This is a great animation. It is obvious you are quite talented at what you do, and I hope to see more from you in the future. Keep up the good work, and I will keep watching.

It's a very nice loop, but it doesn't seem to get much deeper than that. The animation is well done, as are the transitions, and it is obvious that you are talented with this kind of thing, it just isn't really my style. I will grade this flash on how well it was done, not personal opinion, however.

Animation / Graphics - This portion was probably both the best and worst part of the flash. In one sense, it is very good because the transitions are done beautifully, however the drawings themselves just have a rather grainy and depressing look to them, and they could have been drawn better. It does have an artistic feel to it, which is something I can deeply appreciate, so this section gained you two stars all by itself. Good work here.

Story - There really can't be any story to something as random and incoherent as this animation. Don't get me wrong, it is a wonderful animation and I'm sure you put a lot of effort into it, it is just this section doesn't gain you any stars due to there being no story to begin with. I understand that this doesn't really need a story, but this section was an important one.

Audio - The music fit well into the animation, giving meaning to the feel of the whole thing, and flowing with the various transitions and animations. It seems to have that soft mysterious flow to it, that soothes the listener and draws them in to watch further. This section will gain you another two stars, evening you out at a solid four star score.

Overall - Very nicely done, very artistic, and truly worth my time. Keep up the good work, I expect to see more of this quality of work from you, or even better if you keep practicing!

Thanks :3 I love getting comments :D
I will try to add a story next time :)

Seemed like a rather depressing story all together. It was well done, mind you, but it was indeed rather depressing.

Animation / Graphics - This part was mild, and somewhat bland. Parts of it seemed too quickly done, and other parts seemed timed alright. I've honestly seen better animating, but this is definitely passable, and you clearly put in some effort to it, at least. You could try improving so that the animations have a more natural and flowing feel to them, so they won't seem clunky, too quick, or too slow.

Story - The story was sad, but well told despite that. It was a rather simplistic plot, so it could have been longer, and had more detail put into it. I honestly feel that this animation would have been more enjoyable should it have had a longer plot to it, and been longer in general. Don't get me wrong, the story was written nicely, but there are some aspects that could have been improved upon.

Audio - The audio was generally pretty basic. The music added a nice feel into the background to propel the sadness onward, and increased that feel during the events of the story as well. The voices could have had more feel to them however, and the main character's voice reminded me of something similar to Prostitute Mickey.

Overall - A well made flash on the whole. Obviously there are bits here and there that could have used a general second look, and improvements should have been made, but it is obviously that you are an at least generally talented animator, and I encourage you to continue, and to better yourself and your works along the way.

Surn responds:

So in short the overall work needs polish, but was still pretty good. Thanks for your input.

This is a very good animation, and it is obvious that I seem to have underestimated you in my previous review on your work, you have definitely improved since then! This flash is true on every aspect, and points out how many stupid people act when they animate.

Animation / Graphics - This part was very well done, the facial expressions done by the primary character are pretty humorous. I also enjoyed the use of "crappy animation" when pointing out the "funny" things that people do. The animation was really well done, and it's obvious that you've definitely put some hard work into this! The only complaint that I can think of is that you might have made the characters just a little more mobile. Well done overall!

Structure - This animation was really well structured, and funny as well. I enjoyed the order in which you presented the "tips" and "advice" from the flash. It was all very well done, and I hope to see more of this use of sarcastic humor from you, as it really tickles me. The only complaint I can think of for this section is that you could have added a few more "tips" to the video.

Audio - The voice acting was marvelous on this one, as the voices were all rather humorous. I love the serious tone the VA used when reading the lines, seriousness in sarcasm is always a good thing. I also enjoyed the music in the background; as you said in the description, the "cheesy Ren and Stimpy 1950's music" was great, and fit in well with the rest of the animation. Well done, no complaint on this section!

Overall - Very funny, and very true as well! As I said above, I love the use of sarcastic humor in this movie, and it was all thrown together very well, the jokes were only part of the reason that I loved this. Keep up the good work, I look forward to seeing more of this from you!

Not a really fulfilling flash animation, sadly. I have seen worse, but this isn't really the best either. You could definitely use some improvement both on the animation, and the audio quality.

Animation / Graphics - This section was honestly the worst, and could definitely use the most improvement out of all of it. The mouth animations seem rather stiff, irritating, and inflexible. The characters themselves could also use some definite improvements, as they too feel stiff and inflexible along with the mouths. Not to be rude, but I suggest you practice up on your flash making skill before you get serious about producing flash animations.

Story - The story line was hard to follow, and jumped from place to place, and was altogether disorienting and dissatisfying on whole. It seems rather jumbled together, as if you had thought it up at the last minute so you could make the animation and put it out to newgrounds. You really should take more time in this field before you consider applying it to your animations.

Audio - I have been rather soft with the previous half of this review, but here I must be blunt. The audio was down-right horrid. Your recording software is irritating, and whenever your voice picks up loudly, there is a buzzing noise that irritates the ears, is really noticeable, and can really lose your audience's interest. Audio is a very important part when it comes to making flash, and you should take great care in choosing your software and equipment.

Overall - This animation was overall very sub-par and could really use some definite improvements, mostly in the fields of animation and audio, which were both poorly done. Practice does indeed make perfect, and apparently you just didn't get enough of it. I look forward to seeing improvements, and I hope you do better the next time you make something to put on newgrounds.

hmm
the first time any guy from the Review Request Club gave me below 3 or 4 stars out of 10, or with this new "star" system, 1.5 or 2 stars, interesting.

Animation: Yeah, at the time my lip sync was awful. This was two years ago and I've come a long way, in fact today an Adrellia Village episode just got a daily award.

Story: I think you're having trouble with this because you haven't seen the other episodes. If you've never seen the previous episodes, the plot will seem very disoriented and jumbled together. Also this was based on a manuscript that went through several revisions.

Audio: not my voice, actually. thanks for the honest review

Overall: thank you and I have, hence my two daily 3rd place awards on Newgrounds now :)

I LOVE My Little Pony parodies. They are simply some of the funniest things I have seen in my time looking over this little bastard I call the internet, and this is truly one of the best ones out there.

Animation / Graphics - I love your style, and how you animate. Please, do all you can to keep it this way, because it is simply wonderful. The rough quality to it is what makes these movies so great, and rather hilarious. I especially loved the different versions of Celestia that you used, like the real horse's face, that was random, and hilarious. I was honestly laughing for hours after watching this.

Story - Story is great. I love the idea of Celestia being a crazed tyrant that doesn't give a crap what people think, and sending them to the moon purely for her amusement. I would have to say that my favorite part was where Celestia sent Luna OVER the moon, rather that onto it. Keep up the good work, and plot!

Audio - The sound quality wasn't the best, but again, that is what I love about these animations, much like Egoraptor, these have a crappy style to them that people, including me, just adore. I also loved how Celestia screamed out in manic laughter as she sent people to the moon. It was awesome.

Overall - Great, funny, lighthearted animation that anyone that has seen MLP:FiM can enjoy. I truly look forward to more of these animations out of you, hopefully containing the rest of the mane 6 and even more characters. Good luck to you, I can't wait for your next animation!

I have always loved My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and the parodies that surround it. I have also always been a dedicated fan of the fanfictions and fanlore that surrounds it as well, especially the stuff that seems strange. While I am not usually a fan of gore and horror when it comes to MLP:FiM, this is largely an exception because it is well...hilarious.

Animation / Graphics - The animation was truly well done, even I cannot contest that. I would have to say my favorite part of the flash had to be the faces that Pinkie made when torturing Rainbow Dash, and the faces Rainbow made as a result of that. I also paid special attention to the lack of wings, and deflated/sewn stomach of Rainbow Dash after each act was committed, and I have to say that I love your dedication to continuity.

Story - The story was always a lovely one, mainly due to the fact that you would never suspect Pinkie to do something so horrid, but I have always appreciated that small dash of insanity that she appears to have in her. I personally think the fans that make these stories do a wonderful job, largely due to the fact that they keep true to how Pinkie would act in any given situation.

Audio - The music was a wonderful selection for this animation, and I can honestly appreciate how well it fit the humorousness of this flash. It sounds so intimidating and depressing that it actually compliments the bright, cheery, happy aspect of the torture of Rainbow Dash.

Overall - One of the better My Little Pony animations I've seen, while not the funniest, this is a wonderful flash, and I hope to see more work from you in this field. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful Work, Ross

I have always been a fan of the pencimation series. It is a wonderful little compilation of cartoons, and it's family suited humor is always enjoyable by anyone. This cartoon is no exception, I really love it!

Animation / Graphics - The animation is beautiful in this one. I've noticed that as you move along, releasing more pencilmation shorts, they get better and better animation wise, and progression is wonderful to see among animators. You have really outdone yourself with this cartoon, and I believe you are at that crucial point where you could possibly think about expanding your horizons into another series.

Story - The story, whilst having been meant to be simplistic, is very nice in it's original form. Giving these cartoons too much plot would take away some of the simple humor / pleasure out of them, and I love them just the way they are. Keep it up, Ross.

Audio - The audio quality is beautiful as always. The one bit I truly appreciated was the dial-up tone when he was trying to think of what to do. The soft background music and funny sounds all flowed together wonderfully with the animation and plot.

Overall - Pencilmations are wonderful, I love them, I always have, and I always will. You truly are good at animating, and I encourage you to continue doing it. You rock, man.
